I need to stop "messing up" everyday, knowing fully well what I am doing. I sneak in bites here and there and wonder why I'm not seeing any results (even though, yes, it is only my second week). I stopped walking every day and started alternating my workouts to better fit BFL. Time to buckle down. I see the before and after pictures of everyone on here and I want those results too. I've done it before with BFL, I can do this again.
I took my "2 week photos", though I know you really aren't supposed to, I just wanted to see- and there wasn't any difference. Not noticable anyways... But I know there would be a difference.... had I not started BFL. An expanding difference. :) Anyways,here I go, committing myself to try harder!

You CAN do this! Commit to sticking to your plan for the next 3 hours then repeat until you have made it through the day. Even on days when I am home I find it is easier if I pack my lunch and snacks - they are ready to go, no decisions needed that way so fewer poor choices.
