i HAD A HARD TIME WITH THE END OF MY CHALLENGE AS I HURT MY BACK IN WEEK 9. KEPT PUSHING IN WEEK 10 AND MADE IT WORSE. I COULD HARDLY MOVE AND WAS IN PAIN. SO THE LAST 2 WEEKS HAVE ONLY BEEN CARDIO WHICH MADE ME FEEL VERY DISSAPPOINTED. I FELT MY RESULTS MAY HAVE BEEN BETTER. BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO CHALLENGE 2 TO SEE MORE DEFINITION AND MORE FAT LOSS IN BELLY AND THIGHS.

Results:
Arms L/R each from 12" to 11" Lost 2" combined from both sides
Waist (at navel) from 35" to 31.5" Lost 3.5"
Belly (below navel) from 40.5" to 35.25" Lost 5.25"
Stomach (above navel) from 35" to 31" Lost 4" I measured my abdomen area in 3 spots because I felt it was large and shaped weird as you will see below.
Hips from 42" to 39" Lost 3"
Thighs L/R each from 26" to 22" Lost 8" combined from both sides
Lower thight (above knee) from 18' to 17.25" Lost 1.5' combined from both sides
For a total of 27.25" lost. I forgot to measure chest and calves
Weight Starting at 150 lbs to 140 lbs. 10 lbs lost.
Body Fat % I only got this measured in week 8 and by yesterday I measured again and it didn't go down AT ALL!!! This was very dissappointing and shocking.

Thank you for the encouragement, friends. Back feeling better, just stress in shoulders now, so getting more rest to start 2nd challenge a week from today. I want to behave as bad as possible food wise this week, haha. I do feel deprived!

I haven't paid much attention to the back of my legs... I guess I am not seeing the difference myself. But I trust your judgement. The arms don't show much in the picture I thought, even though I can notice the change looking at them on me. Thank you for that encouragement. Yes, in the back I am happy that the love handles are less. I will keep working on them.
