well it doesnt look like i am going to meet the goals i set for me in this first challenge....i stepped on the scale last night at the gym and although it was the end of the day and i had clothes and sneakers on there wasnt much of a loss. so i am sad. and i didnt work out well and i ate too much because of it. :(
i am trying not to feel losery, but i just feel like i failed. i am still going to try to lose weight and get healthier, but i am just sad.
