I am so glad just to see any changes even if they are small and I still have a ways to go. I wasnt having any success losing weight before starting bfl, even though I was eating "right' and doing long distance running.
4 more weeks to go!

I understand about the pics. Only 3 people have seen mine. I like looking at them every few weeks so I can see the changes though.The finish line is very close for you. You are doing a really great job!
