I thought this would be a good reminder to keep pushing forward and not relying on what the scale says. You can have a total body transformation without losing any weight at all, and possibly gaining!!! This is one of many stories I've seen that prove there are many other ways to measure progress than the scale.
Keep doing what you are doing!

Is that a link? I can't click on it.
The link is not working. Can you try again?
Not sure why it is not working...will try again. I tried cutting and pasting; maybe have to try something else.
K...think it should be fixed now.
Thank you BDMom!!!! The pictures say it all!!!!
I am printing this out and hanging it on my bathroom mirror! Thanks, I needed this.
This is awesome. I have a friend who's not doing B4L but decided to start working out in February and has been wringing her hands nonstop about her scale weight. Now I can send her something that will hopefully help her get over that and look at results, not numbers!
I agree I know i am not losing alot of weight at a time but i can see that my chest is getting smaller and that the muscles are showing up more but your transformation looks great. great Job!
For the record: This is not me. It is someone my sister knows; she actually follows the Paleo diet and not BFL, but I wanted everyone to see that scale weight is so insignificant and when you lose fat and gain muscle, your body composition changes, even if the scale doesn't show a loss, or even when we see the numbers go up. I'd rather weight 10 pounds more and look like the picture on the right!
BD: Once again you are right on!! Spoken like a true BFL veteran. Great post.
