  • Great job man! Lookin realy good. Ive been following you and saw where you came from. Your a true inspiration to anyone that doesnt think that it can be done. I could see alot of diffrence in your shoulders and traps this time. They are really starting to pop out. Again great job. Stay at it!

  • Great job Bryan!

  • Way to Go Bryan!!!! The photos and stats show great improvement in this challenge and past ones as well. Great update on your profile too. (Congrats on the marriage back in June too!!!)

  • Hey Bryan,

Great, great, great job man!!!  The biggest change I see in this transformation is the increased muscle density in your back, shoulders, and upper chest.  You've added some significant muscle quality brother, excellent job!!!

  • Wow, BryanL, I remember you plugging away at it.  It's paying off!  Wow...this is great!

  • love handles are totally minimized!

  • Time to do it again! I am starting a challenge Monday with my wife. According the the book I am reading, Racing Weight: How to Get Lean for Peak Performance, I need to get down to 163 and 9.4% body fat for my marathon. I was 172 and 14.5% 2 months ago and now it is time to shed even more fat.
