Hi everyone!! Hope you are all having a great day. Just got back from a very good LB workout and finished it off with a good ab workout. Tomorrow is my free day....or as I like to call it my Rest and Recuperating day. I'll be playing 18 holes of golf and not eating on any schedule. It's a nice break from the "routine". I'll enjoy a few snacks during the day....whatever I feel like. I find that free days give me a chance to re-focus myself for the upcoming week. Hope you all have a great weekend.

My house of boys is thankful, too - they're looking forward to me making pizza tomorrow!! The rest of the time, they only eat "authorized" foods! :) Heehee!! Guess that's what happens when momma controls the kitchen. ;)

It's funny you should mention pizza.....I usually always some type of pizza on my free day.....to be honest I could probably eat pizza everyday of the week!! Have a great day!
