AMAZING results in 4 weeks.   I know it was hard but thank you for posting these photos.  It really is the best way to evaluate yourself but it's so inspiring to those of us beginning.   I HOPE I find the courage to post my photos.  

Wow you look amazing seeing pictures of others doing the program gives me a lot of motivation.  I wasn't going to take a before pic but I am now so i can see what I look like in 4 weeks.  GOOD JOB!!!!

You might not be able to see the results because you look at yourself every day, but to us, they are obvious and incredibly inspiring.
