Oooooo, I thought being called lazy doesn't offend you, and you meant well, and it was only me!! It doesn't offend you, It just makes you ruder... hmmm... Thanks for bringing that up Charlie about fat percentage.. how about sagging skin percentage? Because even now i don't have the sagging loose skin all around my mid section like you do NOW, nor am I hiding behind a year-old photo that boasted a transformation that was mediocre in a first place, I started five weeks ago, and you started over a year ago and you want to compare your fat percentage to mine already? Will that fat comparison be woman to woman, or man to man? Why don't you show us your graceful improvement since that year passed? School-yard bully much?
I am laughing at how many women on here built more muscle mass than you did, yet you are the only person on the site who is going around with "attitude".
For someone who started BFL with double my weight and a massive stomach hanging on his KNEES, you should know better than pick up that attitude as if you are all that, and you are not. If it was Champster, or FIT4LIFE, or BDMOM, (who would NEVER do what you're doing by the way) I'd feel inferior, but from you???? LMAO. There are so many BFL champs on here who are POLITE. Try it, it actually might improve your pecs. When I ignored your first post, you came back with more idiocy as if you WANT a reaction. In fact you came back with three posts in ten minutes.
It will be great if you could keep yourself to yourself when it comes to my posts from now on, if not and you really really need to detox on my posts, knock yourself out.The exercise will do your shoulders some good. They look like they need it. I am not expending my time on giving you the attention you badly crave.
PS: If you really can't help yourself, and you neeeed to post to my forums... please attach a recent pic of those great muscles of yours that make you tower over people and talk to them of their "issues", "laziness", comparing theirs to yours, and body fat.
Courage isn't lack of fear. It's our ability to carry on despite our fear
I think one has to be reasonable. To just go by the list alone would be too restrictive, because there's many great and healthy foods not on there. Yes, I've read the book too, but it's a guide line.
You have to be sensible here. Are we going to only each a Reese's cup on our free day for the rest of your life. I don't even do that now. He gives you list, I feel, so you can have a balanced diet. I think what Bill wants us to do is try eating 40/40/20 every meal, so you wont' have to eat another meal to make up for deficits.
There are days where my breakfast is 50pro/15fat/35carbs, but my snack might me be 35pro/25fat/45 carb. However, I still have had great results when doing this program in the past. I've always stayed at the 40/40/20 for the day. Really if you eat simple carbs and fat all day it's going to be hard to reach 40/40/20, with out throwing in healthier food to balance it out.
I think we must be thinkers, and make sure we keep up a good balance diet the rest of our lives, but still be able to live.
Each morning I have coffee with creamer, and sugar, but my breakfast balances that with skim milk, whey, and whole grain cereal.
I think two pounds a week isn't bad.
