This thread is a public challenge:
6packmission has come to the forum on many occasions, arguing that other plans are superior. While I don't believe that BFL is the only program with value, as there are many, I also don't believe that 6packmission is providing good information that will help others, or himself, achieve their goals.
This is not a Yahoo chat room. This is not You Tube with your own channel. This is the Body-for-LIFE forum. Plenty of people on here do not follow BFL. If you are running marathons, 1/2 marathons, doing, P90X or Insanity, doing CrossFit or anything that's not BFL, then you're not doing BFL and that's perfectly okay. The people here should at least respect and support this program, even if not personally following it.
I've issued this challenge to 6packmission many times in the past and he's always said he would accept and then he drops from that thread, never following through.
That would be okay and certainly his right if he then didn't pop up soon thereafter on another thread talking about how something else is better than BFL. It's disrespectful to this community to keep doing that.
Do not get me wrong. I genuinely want you to succeed. I also want for everyone else here to thrive. Constantly talking about some junk science program that you haven't even really done and how it would yield better results than BFL, assuming you did a 12 week BFL Challenge, is not helpful to you or anyone else here.
I believe you are a good man. This is not to mess with you.
I CHALLENGE YOU TO A 12 WEEK THROW DOWN:
You can do any program you'd like.
There must be before and after photos that follow standard BFL rules.
There must be a body fat test that includes reliable and verifiable results. I do Bod Pod and believe you wanted to do a DEXA. That's fine, just keep the written print out as proof. I will do the same.
We can decide together what the winner gets and loser must do. It could be as simple as a public congrats from the loser to the winner.
I think change in body fat % is the best and most objective way to determine the winner. I am open to other suggestions if you disagree.

It's something I will never understand. People coming here espousing other programs. Even though myself I have moved on from BFL's workout (not nutrition) to something new after completing the 12 week challenge, well those conversations should be in the Week 13 and beyond part of this forum.
Why come to a forum dedicated to BFL only to talk up other programs? Makes no sense.
Today is June 23rd and it's been 1 day since having publicly challenged 6packmission.

Honestly, you are wasting your time, as a former Marine I have seen the behavior that Fighting Fit exhibits and the simple fact is, some people can sacrifice, some can't.
