Hey guys,
I just wanna know is sushi a good choice. You figure one roll, 6 pieces, salmon, a bit of rice, avocado, and a touch of seaweed. Considerably, a meal. What do you think out there?
Avocado is high in fat and they do not recommend white rice in BFL to my knowledge. When I made sushi I would also put in cream cheese, not a good source of fat there either. I love raw tuna and have it with light Worcestershire sauce and a little ginger....And Hot sauce...
I hear that Whole Foods will make sushi with brown rice. Hmmmm.

Oh yea, not to brag, but I went fishing with my husband last week and we caught a 45lb yellow fin...I made sushi on my free day and grilled the rest...I've done the brown rice thing, but it is not as sticky as the white...
White rice is nothing but starch. Everything worthwhile about rice is removed from white rice to preserve it........not a good choice at all.
