Great job can realy see a big diffrence! And look at that muscle!! Keep going. This challenge has also inspired me to look for another challenge after Im done. Thinking about training for the Tough Mudder.
Thank you for all the nice comments! Well I'm 1/2 way into my 1/2 marathon training program. I would never have been able to do it without the body for life challenges. I am running on Sept. 11th then plan to take a week off to let my body rest and then CHALLENGE #3 is my next goal!!!

My goal is to get in shape for a dualathon or triathalon. I wish I lived near water or a decent pool. Wow...you really leaned out where I need to lean out. There's hope with lots o' hard work.
