Wow, my son came home this weekend from college..he's 19 years old. He was pretty surprised when I fit into his 32" waist jeans........the look on his face was priceless !!!! ( I was a 40" waist at the start of BFL).
Congrats! That must feel good. And here I am celebrating that three weeks into the program I went down one size. Hee hee.
That is oustanding! Feels pretty good when others notice how hard you have worked! I myself in week 6. This is C2 for me (C1 was in 2005). It is amazing what a change in diet and exercise can do.
