I just finished week ONE.......woohoo! Everything went well, as far as eating, exercising, getting much needed rest, except for the fact that I had a stomach bug on Wed. (and thought, "GREAT, right in the middle of the week"!!) . However, I picked it back up on Thursday, and it was a mind over matter thing, since I didn't feel very well. I'm so excited about seeing some results, I can't hardly wait! The challenge will end while my husband & I are in Jamaica, on vacation, so I am determined to do this!!!

I ended my week first week too, and after the free day I saw some results on my weight, dropped 6 pounds, I also got sick in the middle of the week, but I picked it back up and researched some great workouts that I'm using right now to get a more effective workout.
Also my workout its going to end right before I go to San Diego to visit family so I'm stoked to surprise friends and family back home. Good luck for the 2nd week!!!

I am on day 9.
I kept to my work out scheds, and meal plans w/ minor slip ups.
I lost some noticeable weight, and have a general feeling of well being.
I also notice a more positive/can do attitude.
We are going to get hit with unforseen situations and set backs, and I like the way you just picked up from where you left off, and sticking to it.
This is what we need to hear to encourage one another, and continue proving who we are.
"What you put in, is what you are going to get back."
