I am considering a third challenge shortly after I complete C2 in early April. Hopefully, I will hit my goal of 10% (currently 14.5%) bodyfat by the end of C2. If I don't, my goal in C3 will be to reach 10% BF, stay there and build significant muscle. I assume that I will have to increase my calories from the current level of 1700-1800 once I hit 10% ? I estimate that I'm burning about 2800 calories per day ...should I increase to that amount to level out my weight ? Seems kinda high.....
PS - I'm doing a third challenge because I'm going on vacation in july and don't want to lose any momentum ......
I would say call EAS, they could tell you what adjustments to make to your supplements and/or food in order to possibly build more muscle! Sounds like you've done a GREAT job so far!!
