Started Week 5 on Monday. Lost 9 lbs so far. I know I have gained muscle weight but don't know how to figure that out. Stats. and pics. on my profile. I can see and feel a differance. :)

Thanks Orrin. The little pics I posted here don't really show the changes to much, but the ones on my profile do. Can't ask for more than that at week 5.
