Hey there! Thanks for the nice comment. My tip is to not be hard on yourself if you miss a workout. It's ok to feel guilty and use that to fuel a better workout and healthier eating for the next day. I really took it one day at a time. During my Grandma's funeral on week 8, I ate horrible the whole week, but I didn't give up and decided to focus on my workouts. Sometimes we need a break, or we need to slow down and hold on to one thing that we know we can stick too; do whatever it takes to keep you going!

Ha! Thanks -- I inherited my biceps from my little greek grandmother :) Now that I've lost some weight, they are actually visible :)
