I kinda feel the same as Manuela. I in week 6 and feel a bit discouraged since yesterday! I haven't cheated though, looking forward to my free meal tomorrow, but just feel that I should've had better results by now. Just forced myself to do my cardio now and had a fantastic workout. Feel a bit better now, though! I just know the only option I have is to keep going strong, because going back to my old lifestyle is NO OPTION AT ALL!

Week 6 is hard for anyone in their first 12 weeks. It's logical to think that being half way through the challenge you would see major changes happening. Hang in there. If you've been true to the challenge the bigger changes you want to see are coming. You have to admit you've seen small changes right? All those small changes will add up in the end. :-)

Manuela, I can see that you have received a lot of great support here and there is not a lot to add, except you have to forget about the day's you where eating all that bad stuff and pick up where you left off....I know it can be difficult to start over, but you have to for your own sake....I have had those day's where I felt that giving up was the answer! Wrong...I have a quote that will say it all: "When the going gets tough, The tough get going." I know that you can get back on track and with all this support how can you "just give up." John
