Great work. To see that you have continued the lifestyle beyond the 12 weeks is also motivating. I would like to thank you and orrin both for your insight. I am in week 3 and read daily the tips and suggestions you have given. It really helps motivate on those days you really don't feel like working out or continuing. I look forward to following your continual progress and I will keep on taking the advice you give.
