First I Have to explain how this happened.....Being out of work I have a lot of time on my hands and was cleaning out my closet....You know throwing away clothing you will never wear again and junk that has accumulated over the past 10 years.....Well in doing so I came across three boxes marked Body-for-Live Challenge...in these boxes where things like copies of the packets I sent in back begining in 1999.....All of it was there including the front page of the news papers I posed with in all my before and after pictures......I also ran across the certificates of accomplishments from BFL and the magazines. One of the boxes had all of the snap shots I had taken each week along with 8 movies....They where all marked with dates and which challenge they where for.....I couldn't wait to take a look at them so I stopped what I was doing and got out my digital movie camera and started with tape one which was from 2000 thru 2001.....As I watched myself go through each routine with such energy I got all excited about my next work out....I watched all 8 of these movies and found myself going from a fat 270lbs to a 197lbs. It was an amazing journey and I had captured it all not only on paper but in movies. Needless to say I got my camera set up and decided to follow the same routine I did back then and film it all.....I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but I'm sure glad I ran across those films because it just proves to me I wasn't dreaming about the past......it was real. I will have a better way of seeing what I'm doing wrong....you know like the coach shows the football team after a game. It will point all my worst as well as the best of each exercise along with how I perform each lift....I will up date as I go just like before along with notes, still pictures and information about each exercise....I made a lot of great changes back then and look forward to making even more changes now.....
