I have a question for those of you who have competed and had professional pics done. What did you do specifically to get ready for the photo shoot?
Did you slow down on carbs a bit, sodium deplete(yes I said it.. lol..)or did you just stick with what you have been doing the whole time. I would love to hear expert advice on the physical preparations for a photo shoot.
I slowed down on carbs, and water the last 2 days. I made the mistake of also lifting yesterday morning. BAD, BAD combo. I almost passed out at work. I really do not recommend doing anything too different. I was not taking Betagen or creatine, so I didn't worry about cutting those out. Also, bring pictures of champs. I forgot mine, and I'm not sure I'm going to love my pics. Hope my mistakes help! :)
If you are taking Betagen, stop using it 10 days before your final photos.
