maybe I should start working out with weights again:) I'm on week 11 C2. Did one back in 2001 and had amazing results, maintained for about 3-4 years and had to start from scratch. He's actually talking about getting some weights or a heavy duty band system for us at home. This is the husband who had a gym membership and went 3 times in a whole year. This makes me really excited! He also talks about not eating junk, yesterday was my free day so I went to get a treat and asked him if he wanted one too. He's never struggled with his weight like I have but could gain muscle and weight. This makes me very, VERY excited!
Yea, Deb!!! Good for you both!! It's a win-win situation! Now if I could get my hubby on board; tried back in 2001, but he couldn't stick with the diet! :(
