Does anyone have any remedies for frozen shoulder? I've tried ice, heat, ultrasound, physio, stretches and as my last resort I'm going for a cortisone shot tomorrow. It hasn't stopped me from working out but has restricted my shoulder exercises to pushups and holding the plank position only...

Okay...I'm having quite a difficult start my first week on BFL. I have been keeping up with my 6 meals per day but I feel really hungry and headachy going into my next meal. What's wrong I have been eating what's on the food list but I am still confused on what I can eat. Is it ONLY the foods...

Feeling tired. BUT the last 3 weeks where awesome! What's wrong?
Hello Everybody, I have an issue which anyway ideas are welcome. I'm finishing my fifth week and I seem to hit a slump in energy. I think I had the same problem for a short period during my fourth week too. Nothing has changed in my diet or exercise with the exepection of the last two workouts...
