Concerns on weight loss & supplements
My wife and i just started bfl four weeks ago, I am 40 and i weighed 186 lbs. when we started and now weigh 173. My goal is to lose some weight & gain muscle. I am worried that i am losing too much weight, i tend to lose 3 to 3 and a half pounds a week...does this mean that i am also losing muscle...

New to BFL.. Question about free day
How does everybody treat their free day? I don't want to necessarily splurge, but I would like to get other peoples feedback as to how to handle your free day. Do you eat about the same? Do you eat completely different? Do you do any kind of light exercise?? I don't want to do all this...

Hey thought I would pop on here and say hi. I have decided to knock out a quick 12 weeks taking the challenge. I have my boat in the shop getting it fixed for next summer, and decided I wanted some changes before its completed. Well once again hi ... hope everyone is doing well in their goals.

I've been following BFL on and off for probably ten or more years, and whatever diversion I take (bootcamps, work-outs, diets etc - all of which are ultimately unsuccessful) I always keep coming back to this inspiring, common-sense and motivating approach and challenge - and just love reading all...

Are there other people that's taking a long time to get used to BFL???
I was looking for some support from those who are/were having a hard time getting started with BFL. I am not much of an exerciser so planning exercises are difficult for me. Do I need to take Betagen??
I did this program along time before I had kids and had great success with it. I am trying to remember all that I did and I see these kits with shakes and bars and Betagen. Do I need to take Betagen or is this for guys only??? I know women have different needs than men when it comes to muscle building...

Starting on Monday January 16th!
I just graduated from my university and I've been gaining so much weight over the past years under all of my stress. Now I have a wedding approaching on July 14th 2012, and I don't want to be a fat groom. I need this to work for me, desperately. My biggest reward would be to get my life back...
