Getting started on 6/20/11
I've done body for life before and I quit half way through cause of starting a new job. I lost a couple inches but not much weight. I felt like I was eating to much, somtimes I would eat even if I wasnt phisically hungry. Should I eat every two to three hours even if I'm not hungry?
