@mandy aka chuckles -- my zebra shorts should be here tomorrow..... wooooooo hooooooooooo!!!! and my pounds are still dropping off... sure hope the shorts arent too big now... would hate to loose them while posing.... now That IS a Scarey thought.....

Welcome Newsie --- so glad you are gonna be with us on our next challenge.... yes goals for our next challenge would be in line and maybe the routine we are gonna use for our workouts.... we have one challenge nearly completed and know what works for each of us and what doesnt... also maybe a lil tweaking...

Nailed my Cardio this morning.... 5 miles in 20 minutes.... I had all I could do to stand up after the Recumbent Bike tortured me... but man does it feel good.... Burn Baby Burn!!!! Only 1 Lower Body Workout and 1 Cardio left in this challenge..... and then its picture time.... If I havent said it...

@Newsie -- you go girl.... just dont tear up that TM!!!! on 2nd thought go ahead and tear it up.... they will just have to replace it.... cant stop the inner beast!!! Week 12 Day 5 Last Lower Body workout in the books (cept for my abs routine, which I will do when I get home this afternoon - Ab Ripper...
