Debs...Don't forget me. I've been missing for a couple of weeks but I am back and still going strong. Last week was my 40th birthday and I tried to be good but it just didn't happen. I am not letting that get the best of me. I will continue on and finish strong on May 10th.

Hi Debs (yup it's been a long time)....Please put me on the list for C3 starting on April 12. I know this is my "12th" week for my second challenge. It's been a struggle but to be honest, this week will be like my AR. Anyhow, I just want a fresh start. Thanks :)
4/5 = week 4 success so far, no missed workouts, no cheating on diet.......only 1 or 2 days forgot to drink all water...........

Today is the first day of my C2. I loved my C1 so much and saw such an improvement both physically and mentally, I had to do another. I can only imagine what this next 12 weeks will bring. Still excited and speading the word. :)
I'm just so sad that BFL changed the Guestbook. I'm lost and foundering without it really. The community was SO crucial for my support and my success and just like that it's gone. I can't get used to this new format, I just don't have time to scroll through thousands of posts!! How do you keep it straight?
On that note, have others stared a chat group somewhere else? How about starting up a chat room somewhere? Any thoughts?I had a rough start to my 2nd challenge and so am going to call yesterday my official start of challenge 2. I did horrible week 1 and forgot to take new pictures, so If I want to enter officially I will have to have current pictures. Tonight I will take & post new pictures on Tcom. Please mark me in for beginning round 2 April 4th.

Tell you what I do to stay connected...I subscribe (over to the right here--->) to a few of the threads, Faithful GBer's, Coffee Crew, Newbies, and Gratitude...that way an email comes to my school/home email and I can just go through them and "keep up" with people and how they are doing. If I have time to reply (I've been on spring break so that's why I've replied a lot...) I do that.
I know there's a chat room on BFL Spirit, did it one time, but I don't know if it's a regular thing or not.
Post those pics, girl! Make it official! You can do this thing!!
BTW, I believe Debs is opting out of keeping track of the roll call, it's just too much right now...so post often and let us know how you are doing!!

Has anyone heard from KristinB? She is in week 12 with me, but I was still a lurker, and not a poster, back when we the GB switch occurred, and I haven't seen much of her since. Hope she is going strong.
Thanks for the compliments about my family. I am lucky. Sometimes it is difficult to keep that in perspective. Hope you ladies (and Scott!) enjoyed the wonderful Easter weekend!

Good Morning everyone. Last week was week 7 and a terrible week at that. It was my 40th birthday and then I had family out for Easter.
Only got to the gym twice for a mediocre workout. I would hardly call what I ate "nutrition." Wanted to get back on track yesterday but had to go shopping with my husband for new sneakers. By the time we got out of the store it was too late to hit the gym. Then got home and the leftovers from Easter tempted me. At about 9pm I just wanted a slice of provolone and a slice of cheddar cheese. The next thing I knew I was eating olives, cheese, dip.
Today I am so upset with myself. But yesterday is in the past and I have to remember that I can't do anything to change that...but I have every opportunity to create my future. So back on track today.
Sorry for my long post...just had to get that out of my system and move on.
I hope you are all having an amazing week!!
Jill, You are absolutely right...you can't do anything about the past, just move on and do better for YOUR FUTURE! Have an extra hard workout today and keep the faith in yourself. You've come too far to let it go...5 more weeks and woohoo! You CAN do this!!

Started challenge 3 yesterday. Challenge two was very difficult nutrition wise...too many poor choices to even count. From the very start I wasn't in the right frame of mind. But I finished it and after taking a week off...I'm actually couldn't wait to start challenge 3. My mind seems in the game as it was in the first challenge...so I'm ready for the next 12 weeks.

I'm starting the challenge tomorrow! I took my 'before' pictures just now...and I couldnt believe what I saw. Was that REALLY me?? Well - thats the last time I'll look like that! Tomorrow is my new beginning!
