I check in on this forum daily to keep motivated and get my "***" moving! I am feeling great and strong. Gotta love BFL! Yesterday, we celebrated my 9 year old daughter's birthday, with a big dinner and all the trimmings. I used it as my free day, and freely chose to abstain from any and all non-BFL approved items! Luckily, she wanted turkey, et al for her birthday dinner, so I had plenty of turkey and veggies! I will do a week or two of AR and then move on to C2, either April 19, or 26. I will wait to see how I am handling AR before I make that decision. Again, thanks for keeping roll call. Love seeing my name moving through the weeks. Thanks for all the amazing support, through roll call, and posts. It has been crucial to my success on this journey. So, thanks!

C1W10Day65 - I am on my way!!! I am starting to feel the elasticity in my skin from drinking so much water. Who woulda thunk it?! It feels so good to notice changes. One day, I am hoping to wake up and see such a change that makes me go "wow, I look good!" I will keep on keepin' on, because I know that day is in my near future. Stay strong everyone and BELIEVE!

I finished challenge 2 over the weekend.
Honestly, it was way harder than the first...not the exercise part....just the food part. I am taking a few weeks AR and doing a third. I learned more about myself and my relationship with food during this challenge than the first...which is what it's really all about...learning to be your best. I made a lot of poor food choices which reflects in my final results...good but not what I wanted. I think the most important lesson was : I kept my promise to myself even when I slipped up...I did not quit and "restart"...I continued on which was hard but very rewarding looking back on it.
