Way to go Rob...Your first step was in the right direction...Now I am going to tell you what I always have to tell my husband...Don't go in that gym and try to pound the same amont of weight as the guy next to you...Starting out...Less is More...you must aclimate your body to what you are putting it through...or it will shut down on you...My husband starts out TOO fast and furious...Take it easy learn or re-learn the weight and form...focus on Mind to Muscle...I'm telling you...once you get this down...a lighter weight workout can be real intense...and then move up gradually...Good Luck
