Can the Advocare Vitamins and CLA be taken together? Advocare says not to mix their products w/any others (I think to keep you buying only their products) but the vitamins I'm taking by Advocare contain no stimulants, they are all natural. I've called Advocare and EAS (CLA distributor) and both say they "don't think there'll be a problem" but can't confirm. I'm ready to get started!! Please someone answer asap if you know the answer. I've sent the labels for both products to my GP but she hasn't responded.
Someone answer if you know. Thank you!!!
Two things! First, you are RIGHT that the reason Advocare doesn't want you mixing their products is because they want you to overpay for everything that they make! Second, there is absolutely no reason you cannot add CLA to whatever vitamin regimen you are on. CLA is NOT a stimulant either, and it sounds like you think it might be. It is simply congugated Linoleic acid, a type of fatty acid that has been shown to encourage the body to burn its stored fats instead of holding onto them as it is otherwise inclined to do. You will not get any caffeine or any herbal stuff in CLA.
BLFMike...do you know if you can take CLA along with a stimulant fat burner? I have been taking CLA but have been considering adding Lipo-6 or Fahrenheit Lean EFX. Should I stop taking the CLA or can they be taken together. The kid at GNC says they can be taken together and work like "magic" when you do. Somehow I just don't trust he knows what he's talking about. :)
