HELLO AGAIN PEOPLE!!!  Had a great walk up the mountain about 3 hours ago, been a great day, came on to do some work on the lists and then the following happened... (it's happened on and off since the changeover)

I lost Patti, then after trying 5 times to write a message and waiting, waiting ,waiting to switch between my profile and threads I gave up!

Unfortunately, where I live just does not have good broadband, so I don't know how often I'm going to be around, so I've joined FACEBOOK because Legs told me too and at least I can keep in touch that way.

Okay, had my dummy spit -  I will keep trying here as I do have the luxury of "time" at the moment, but when that changes.... Poooooooooooo!

OKAY, Now, how the freaking heck does facebook work! hehehehe, all this learning - I"m great on a computer, but it's usually to do with "work" and not play.

Godd Morning Everyone.  I over slept this morning and now i have thrown everyone's routine off a bit.  had a great LBWO last night.  280lbs on the leg press and 100lbs on leg raises 185 on calf extensions.  my upper body is still sore from Monday- wow.

BFL has become so much more than physical - the mental and spiritual transformations are a wonderful bonus. And as we know, when we get it in the head, the body will follow.
