Go over to the right hand side where there's a box and click, "favorite this thread" that I think can add that to your profile where you can go there everyday so you don't have "wade through" all the threads.
I hear you on getting started off right in the morning; btw my new coffee was heavenly this morning! :)

Click on your little avatar lady. Click on settings in the upper right hand corner. There will be 3 tabs under your avatar chic. click on the middle one.
