Are we allowed musturd, low sugar ketchup, ff mayo, low sodium soy sauce and ff dressing?
Yes they are allowed, HOWEVER, this is where it is easy to lose track of how much fat, carbs, etc. you are getting.
Check labels and know if a teaspoon or tablespoon is a serving of it and how much you can have. One of my "light" vinagrette dressings had 15 grams of carbs per tablespoon.
