I'm here! Not a great start to my challenge. The gym is closed due to ice on the roads so I guess I'll try to get my workout done this afternoon at home...... Hope everyone else has a great 1st day!
CHA CHA CHA!!! NAILED it on Upper Body! Steady as she goes, though. I'm starting out with light weights so I don't burn out. Still, any takers for washing my hair for me in the morning when I am unable to lift my arms above my head! haha :D OWNED!

Is it just me or is the Myoplex Lite formula thicker now? Mine started out chunky...OH NO, don't do chunky! lol But, after shake shake, shaking, it's nice and smooth but still seems thicker than before. Thoughts?

Pictures completed (UGH!!); measurements completed; first workout completed; journaling through the day. Feeling even more inspired as a co-worker asked if I wanted anything from Taco Bell and my response was "No, I am competing." But the response I got helped fuel the desire to finish and finish strong..."That again? Are you ever gonna finish?"
I found a poster I have posted at my desk as a daily reminder: 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing; 8 weeks for your friends; 12 weeks for the rest of the world. DON'T QUIT NOW.
I know what the end result feels like, but it needs to be a constant thought.

Nailed it!! 5:30 wake up call UBW that had me still quaking after an hour. I also haven fitbit to measure my daily steps so I caught up with all of you while I walked at noon. You were so expiring I even ramped it up a few times to a 5!
BTW, love seeing my name in roll call!! Thank you all for all of the inspiration and support!
