I'm considering a Dec. 30th start date. I last did the program in 2004 with excellent results. Let's just say I REALLY need to get my act together now and get fit. I had emergency open heart surgery for a rare anomaly 3 1/2 years ago and need to get consistent with my fitness and diet. I love the BFL lifting program and am going to mix up my cardio to include high intensity DVDs and cardio at the gym. I've read the book several times and just need to put it into practice!
Many of us are in the same boat as you are in that we had passed success with BFL and are now coming back to it. I Believe we have a distinct advantage because we know it works. If you completed 12 weeks before you know you can do it again. The key is to keep going afterwards. I look forward to seeing your progress over the next 12 weeks.
