• Starting my challenge tomorrow. I purchased maypoles bars, carb control shakes and lean 15. Not sure what I should get for pre and post workouts? Do I need them? I am a 34 year old female. Any suggestions would be great. Also, do I send my entry kit in now or when I finish my challenge?

  • After a weight workout, I get protein into my system ASAP.  You may want some protein powder.  On cardio days, I wait an hour to put anything into my body and just have a meal.  I also use creatine, but I don't know if women use that or not.  Submit your package at the end of the 12 week program.  Good luck!!!
