I choose one excercise and do 5 sets 12, 10, 8, 6, 12.
Then a second exercise for the same muscle group and do one set x 12.
Is that right or am I supposed to do 5 sets for the second one as well? Yikes.
Just one set of 12 on the second exercise is the correct answer. Good luck!
Yep, he's right about that answer. That inbetween exercise gets you ready for the next area, sort of a transition exercise if you will. Keep Moving FOrward!!
