Have I got it all wrong??

  • I choose one excercise and do 5 sets 12, 10, 8, 6, 12.

    Then a second exercise for the same muscle group and do one set x 12.

    Is that right or am I supposed to do 5 sets for the second one as well?  Yikes.

  • Just one set of 12 on the second exercise is the correct answer.  Good luck!

  • Yep, he's right about that answer.  That inbetween exercise gets you ready for the next area, sort of a transition exercise if you will. Keep Moving FOrward!!
