Body for Life for Women--Weight Lifting and Number of Exercises per Muscle Group

  • I am confused about how many exercises per muscle group to do when weight lifting.  The instructions on Page 154, the book states two exercises for each muscle group.  The worksheet, however, seems to allow space for three or one, depending on how it is filled out.  Can anyone give me clarification to clear up my confusion?  Thanks!

  • Go with the original BFL book by Bill Phillips.  Very clearly spelled out.
