i'm starting May 12 (yes, the day after Mother's Day) and i'll admit i'm a bit terrified at the proposition.
i need help. i don't eat meat. i can eat fish, but there is an issue with red meat. this program seems to be very full of dietary protein. anyone out there with some dietary solutions, links, recipes, or suggestions? i am setting myself up for success, so any ideas will really help my meal planning.
(low-carb, of course)
Hiya I also have a very limited eating habits, but I have found that I can eat fish if I put pepper on it before cooking :) canned tuna aswell :-)
