Brand new to the site but not the Body for Life book. I read it a few years ago, started the challenge but burnt out quickly. I've recently finished the book again and would like to begin another attempt.
I'm curious though, as Body for Life was published around 14 years ago is all of its information still relevant today or has newer information rendered any of it obsolete?
Also I don't believe there was any mention about stretching either before or after working out. Is there a reason for this?
