Year after accident, major back issues, but have done
BFL style lifting and cardio off and on for a few years, but never did nutrition..
Sweet tooth is killer for me, after lunch particular.
I know my back will feel better if i can drop this gut i'm carrying also....
Man i need empowerment, like now...
Jim I was in the same boat, I was in killer shape then a kid rear ended me going 60 mph while he was texting. That put me in traction, lower back, I gained weight and that made my back pain even worse. After I was cleared by my doctor I had about 20lbs to lose. I don't have any back pain because I am not carrying the weight anymore. I have a sweet tooth as well. The only thing I can say is it is all mental. How bad do you want it. Stick to the game plan and you will see results.
