Are we supposed to alternate we do the workouts each week?
Ex. Week one upper body 2 times lower body 1 time, week 2 upper body 1 time lower body 2 times? Or do we only do lower body 1 time each week because of the cardio?
week 1
ubwo, cardio lbwo, cardio,ubwo, cardio
week 2
lbwo, cardio, ubwo, cardio, lbwo, cardio
and repeat.
