I want to lose as much fat as possible, and was wondering what is the best shake for meal replacements. I'm thinking carb control would probably be the way to go, but it there enough carbs in it to satisfy the needs of the program? I'm starting 1/28/13, so need to get some purchased this weekend.
Also, how many egg whites is a serving?
Do you follow the amounts per serving on the label for other foods like cottage cheese or try to guess an amount that would fit in the palm of your hand?
