12/31 Group Check-In: Wednesday

  • Hey everyone.  Hope you are all having a heathy and productive week.  Today is my UBWO and I am looking forward to a great session.  I'm going to concentrate on the muscles being worked.  I'm going to slow it down a bit (sometimes i go too fast).  And I am going to envision those muscles gettting tone and strong.  Yay!  I'm super pumped about being in Week 4.  Have a great day everyone!!!

  • Today I decided I needed to do some yoga and get some good stretches in so I did that this morning before work. Then at the gym I did my weights and really pushed harder so I am sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow. This week is flying by. I can't believe we're already half way. I didn't feel like cooking tonight so I had a weight watchers smart one and then made a salad. Alright I am off to take a shower. Thanks for always getting us started and motivated.
