Best Method of Tracking. . . . .

  • Hi! I started my challenge on 1/15/13. My wife took my before pictures. I'm waiting for my blood results to include and was wondering what the best tracking method might be? Should I maintain my updates in this forum? Should I keep track in my profile? The Gallery etc.

    I'm planning to upload progress images, stats and workout info initially and then at 20 day intervals until the end.

    As soon as my blood stats come in I'll be posting.

  • Hi Paul... Congratulations on taking the challenge.

    I think it would be great to track your progress online.  I've seen it both ways, in the profile and in the forums.  You could have a running message and just keep updating it.
