1/2 cup oatmeal (made with water, little honey and a few slivered almonds) in my best friend...every day for breakfast...
is that ok? cannot even think of eggs...
please advise...i am feeling guilty.
would 1 slice of whole wheat bread with 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter be good too?

Have you tried the protein pancake recipe for your morning meal?
I have oatmeal every day for breakfast too. I put a scoop of chocolate protein powder in mine for my protein and sometimes a few strawberries cut up on top.
