12/31 Group Daily Check in (1-3-13)

  • Today is Day 4!  I did a LBW this morning.  My first one.  Just like UB I need to start out with heavier weights.  But it was a good first start.  My arms are actually sore from yesterday, which i am happy about because i didnt think i worked them out hard enough!  But i guess i did!

    I am actually feeling nauseated after my workout.  I woke right up, drank water and worked out.  I am not sure if it was because i did abs or what.  But not feeling so hot now.  I want to stick to my early morning workout plan because kids are still sleeping and it is the best time for me.

    Can anyone answer this protein question..How much should us ladies be eating daily in grams?  I think i am eating about 120g or so.  Is that too much?  I eat protein bars, cottage cheese, tuna, protein powder....etc.

  • Oh, sorry you were feeling nauseated. I read somewhere woman need about 46 grams of protein a day.

    Do a google check.

    My legs are sore from yesterday...feels great. Did wonderfully.

  • Morning!  Yay day 4!  I did my cardio today.  So far, doing great!  I'm looking forward to week 4 - according to the postings I have been reading most people see progress around week 4.  =)    Great job everyone.  Keep it up!!
