I hope all of you complete the challenge with execellent results!

I started today 2012 and I will do my second day 2013. My free day was my first day of the challenge,new year, because oh my god  I ate a lot! Did I do wrong? What do you think? It feels ok and I guess that is the feeling of being human. Tomorrow I will get my 20 min and next day workout of my lower body. Next week on sunday I will have my second free day :( Long way until that!
