Hello all, I am just starting the weight loss and fitness routine. I understand the diet and exercise but where I am confused is the supplements. Right now I can tell you that I look like Porter when he first started and I am the same age. I weigh 204 lbs and want to not only loose weight but gain muscle. I guess I am just trying to gain knowledge on supplementation because I dont understand what is for what and the site really does not explain what they are for. Can someone direct me in the right direction? Thank you.
