can this whole diet and exercise regime be done but not in a challenge way , i would like to follow it just not doing the challenge, so maybe over a longer period and taking just a little extra time to do the exercises and maybe just 5 or so meals a day ?
Of course, I'm not doing "The Challenge", but am applying it to get healthier and more fit. I have finished a full week now and am heading into week 2. As of this morning my DOMS has reduced quite a bit. Enjoy yourself.
